By contacting Frontdoor Digital, submitting an inquiry form, or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Frontdoor Digital provides web design and development services for small businesses. Our services include website design, development, and delivery as outlined in a written service agreement signed by both parties. We do not offer ongoing hosting, maintenance, or management unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
All work is governed by a written Service Agreement. Work begins only after a signed agreement and deposit payment are received. Final delivery of any website requires full payment before the site is transferred or made live.
We reserve the right to pause or terminate work if payment obligations are not met. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all content, photos, and information you provide to us. By submitting content, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
Frontdoor Digital is not liable for any legal claims arising from client-provided content.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the completed website and its design transfers to the Client. Prior to full payment, all work remains the intellectual property of Frontdoor Digital.
Frontdoor Digital retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing within 30 days of project completion.
Frontdoor Digital does not guarantee specific business outcomes, traffic levels, search engine rankings, or revenue results from any website we build. Website performance depends on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to Google's algorithms, market conditions, and business operations.
We may use third-party tools and services to build your website (such as hosting platforms, font providers, or image sources). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or pricing of these third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frontdoor Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability in any matter related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client under the applicable service agreement.
We will always try to resolve disputes through direct communication first. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in New York County, New York. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the date of last update. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You may request that we delete your personal information at any time by emailing us at hello@frontdoordigital.site. We will respond within 10 business days.
We want every client to be happy with their website. Here's how refunds work:
If you cancel your project before we have started any design or development work, your deposit will be refunded in full within 10 business days.
Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. This covers the time and resources already invested in your project. We will always deliver a complete, working demo before requesting final payment.
If you are not satisfied with the demo we deliver, we offer one round of revisions at no charge. We work with you until the site reflects your business accurately. Final payment is only due when you approve the completed website.
